Experience & Reality (PHIL 230.001)
Instructor: Jay Brantner. This course meets Monday – Friday from 1:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. in Peabody 216.
How do we know there’s a world outside ourselves? Do we have free will? Is time travel possible? These and other questions of metaphysics and epistemology will be our focus in this course, and we will consider them through the light of historical readings, contemporary readings, and film.
