Instructor: Miroslav Losonsky. This class meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:00PM – 1:50PM in Caldwell 105.

This course is an introduction to philosophy with an emphasis on issues central to understanding a small portion of reality, viz., ourselves (human beings). Questions addressed include: Do we have access to a mind-independent reality? Do we have free will? Are there objective moral facts? Can we be held morally responsible for our actions?

Please note: Some seats in this class have been reserved for freshmen and sophomores.

This course satisfies the PH general education requirement.
