Instructor: Jonathan Anomaly. This course meets on Tuesdays from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. in Caldwell 105.

Prerequisite, PHIL 384.  The capstone seminar in PPE is a chance to take some of the tools and concepts you’ve acquired in previous courses and apply them to specific topics, including: the moral foundations of cost-benefit analysis in public policy, the moral justification of markets, the relationship between wealth and happiness, the economics of sex, marriage and babies, and the moral, political, and economic dimensions of climate change. Each week will feature a different topic, and the final four weeks will be devoted to student presentations.

This course is cross-listed with POLI 698 and ECON 698 and meets at Duke for the first half of the semester.
