Topic: The Nature of Belief/Confidence

Some epistemologists are interested in the conditions of rational belief.  Others are interested in the conditions of rational credence.  But what is belief, what is credence, and how do they relate to each other?  We will read recent significant work on these topics.

Permission of the instructor is required to enroll in this course. PHIL grad students are exempt from this enrollment requirement.
