Women’s only Diversity Lunch with Guest Speaker Professor Sheila Kannappan

This Diversity Lunch meeting is open to all women graduate students and faculty in the philosophy department. Professor Kannappan from the Physics department will talk to us about issues like academic grit, imposter-syndrome, trying to survive and be successful in a male-dominated field, overcoming fears about speaking up, how to deal with boy’s club networks, etc.

Lunch will be provided by the department.
