Professor Resnik works in logic, philosophy of mathematics, philosophy of science, and the theory of rationality. In addition to numerous publications, he has published the books: Frege and the Philosophy of Mathematics (1980),Choices: An Introduction to Decision Theory (1987), Mathematical Objects and Mathematical Knowledge (1995), and Mathematics As a Science of Patterns (1997).
