On April 1, 2014, Jan Boxill was interviewed by WCHL on the second annual National High School Ethics Bowl, sponsored by the Parr Center for Ethics at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. This event will take place on April 4-5, 2014, at the Kenan Flagler Business School. Eighteen teams from seventeen states and the District of Columbia will participate in this two-day event. More than 2000 students across the country took part in eighteen regional and sub-regional ethics bowls leading up to the Nationals. The National High School Ethics Bowl is being generously supported by the Squire Family Foundation, GlaxoSmithKline, the Kenan Flagler Business School, and BB&T.
