
Nevin is a sixth-year graduate student whose main interests include philosophy of law, ethics, and political philosophy.
For his dissertation, Nevin is seeking to improve our philosophical understanding of the nature of legal reasoning.
Prior to UNC he was at the University of Akron (B.A.), Cleveland State University (J.D.), and Rutgers University (M.A.). His work has been published in Law and Philosophy, with more under review.
