Randall Harp is a philosopher at the University of Vermont whose main areas of philosophical research are in the philosophy of action (particularly collective action) and in the philosophy of social sciences. He is the 2020 Joint Chair in Contemporary Public Policy sponsored by Fulbright Canada and the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation.
