Evaluating Societies: a PPE Workshop

This PPE Workshop features Kaushik Basu (Cornell University, former chief economist of the World Bank), Robert Doar (President of the American Enterprise Institute), and Carol Graham (University of Maryland, Senior Fellow at Brookings Institute). Bringing together different tools, insights, and perspectives, they will be discussing the complexities and importance of thinking about the quality and not just the economics of societies.

The workshop consists of four sessions: two morning talks, with time for questions; a causal lunch together; a third talk, with time for questions; and then a final panel, with all three speakers, responding to each other and taking questions, suggestions, etc.
