| Organizational integrity requires a commitment to shared values and norms of behavior. Yet what are our obligations when we observe unethical, illegal, or inappropriate behavior on the part of co-workers or classmates? And what strategies should we employ to address integrity problems, particularly when the situation involves differences in power, roles, and responsibilities? This session will address some of the opportunities and barriers for ethical action in the workplace, and use cases from academic settings to illustrate tactics for change.Lunch will be provided!
