Chapel Hill PPE Beginning of the Year Workshop

An intensive afternoon workshop for faculty and graduate students on papers by our two new PPE Research Assistant Professors: Asya Passinsky and Kirun Sankuran. Come welcome them, get to know their work, and engage with interesting ideas.

1 – 2:30 pm: Kirun Sankaran on “Structural Injustice and the Tyranny of Scales,” followed by discussion.

2:30-2:45: Break

2:45-4:15 pm: Asya Passinsky on “Norm and Object: A Normative Hylomorphic Theory of Social Objects,” followed by discussion.
