Instructor: Bernard Boxill. This course meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30AM – 10:45AM in Caldwell 105.

In this course we will first discuss and critically analyze prominent contemporary theories of justice like those of John Rawls, Robert Nozick, G.A. Cohen and A. Sen. Then we will take up practical issues such as reparation, affirmative action, and the economic obligations rich countries may have to poor countries.

Please note: Some seats in this class have been reserved for PPE minors.

This course satisfies the PH general education requirement.
