INGRA SCHELLENBERG
Graduate Student

Ingra is currently working on her dissertation on some of the epistemological and ethical issues associated with pschopathological diagnoses, tentatively titled "Everyday Psychopathology." She also has a strong interest in bioethics. She is a member of the UNC-CH hospital ethics committee and contributes to their clinical ethics program by providing ethics consultations. She has been lucky enough to go to beautiful Birmingham, AL to present "Dissociative Fugue and Depression: Two Case Studies in Transient Mental Illness," and lovely London (ON) to present "The Feminine Face of Sadness." The twin Canadian virtues of modesty and basic moral superiority are frequently found in Ingra's work. The title of Ingra's M.A. thesis is "Spinoza on the Affects."
