Tuomas E. Tahko is an Academy of Finland postdoctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki, working on the methodology and foundations of metaphysics, especially on essence, modality, and a priori knowledge. Tahko is the editor of Contemporary Aristotelian Metaphysics and the author of numerous papers on metaphysics. He is visiting Chapel Hill for spring 2012.
