Ryan Preston-Roedder joined the philosophy department in Fall 2008. He specializes in moral and political philosophy and philosophy of religion. He also has interests in medical ethics. His current work focuses on moral rights, the moral significance of trust and faith, and justifications for partiality. Before joining the philosophy department, Ryan was a Faculty Fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Foundation Center for Ethics at Harvard.
