Teaching Workshop

Faculty and grads: you are welcome (and if you’re a first or second year grad, institutionally required) to attend our final teaching workshop of the year on Tuesday, April 12th from 12:15 – 1:15 p.m. in Caldwell 213. At the workshop we’ll discuss a controversial piece in the NYT by UNC History Professor Molly Worthen, “Lecture Me. Really.” To this end, a panel of UNC instructors at different stages in their teaching careers (Vida Yao, Matt Kotzen, and Steve Swartzer) will open the workshop by offering their own thoughts on the piece.

Most importantly, lunch will be provided.
